Agriturismo Villa Bice is situated a few kilometres from the boundary of Tuscany in the zone of Umbria called Alta Valle del Tevere.
An ideal place for who loves the peace and quiet, and the green of the countryside together with all types of accomodation offered by the closeness of the commercial area of the city and the easy access to comunication.
The two typical country houses, which are alongside an important 18th century villa with lovely gardens surrounding it, have been perfectly restructured.
The original characteristics of these apartments have been maintained in order to keep all of their fascinating style typically Umbro.
The beams are visible to the eye, the pavements are in cotta and the finiture is antique in order to offer the guests a pleasant refined stay.

All the apartments have indipendant heating and are of different dimensions.
Each one is completely furnished of kitchen or cooking section, dining room, bedroom/s, bathroom. Also available to the guests: accessories, utensils, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen, public telephone, laundry, parking, gardens with sun beds, tables and chairs.
 In a 1 hectare wide park of the agriturismo, are a private swimming pool (18mt x8) and a hydromassage pool  at the disposition of the guests.
 Pets are allowed.
